Technical measures for boiler fire safety

in order to conscientiously implement the policy of safety first and prevention first, in accordance with the spirit and requirements of the fire work conference of the group company, ensure the safety production work of the company, strengthen the control of key links of labor safety, and eliminate employee injury accidents in the work, this safety measure is hereby formulated according to the actual situation of boiler fire work of the company. The specific measures are as follows:

1 Inspection and preparation before boiler ignition: ① check whether the internal devices of the drum are complete, fixed well, and whether there are sundries left; ② Check whether the furnace and flue gas duct are in good condition, whether the opening and closing positions of each valve baffle hole are correct, and whether the tightness is good. Whether the safety valve and pressure gauge have been calibrated; ③ Test run the rotating machinery and check the operation; ④ Check whether the pipeline valve switch of the hot water circulating system is tight, whether the position is accurate, and whether the expansion device and pressure stabilizing device meet the requirements; ⑤ Flush the boiler and heat pipe, and fill the system with demineralized water; ⑥ Before boiler ignition, the circulating pump shall be started first, and the opening of each valve shall be adjusted to keep the feed water pressure stable; ⑦ During ignition, the induced draft fan shall be turned on for ventilation for 3-5 minutes, and then the blower shall be turned on. The ignition temperature rise speed shall meet the requirements

2. The stoker must receive technical training, have the knowledge of safe operation, pass the examination and hold the operation certificate before taking the post. The personnel without the operation certificate are strictly prohibited from taking the post

3. The stoker must implement the safety regulations of the boiler room, stick to his post, and do not drink alcohol before and during the shift. Concentrate on your work and do not tease or do anything irrelevant to your work. Without permission, non staff are not allowed to enter the boiler room. It is not allowed to bake clothes and stack other items in the boiler room

4. Shift handover shall be carried out on time and at the post. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to leave the post without going through the shift handover procedures in terms of rock drilling, explosion, etc. Before taking over the shift, the workers shall wear the labor protection equipment and put an end to the VOC exceeding the standard as required. Before shift handover, the equipment shall be comprehensively inspected, work records shall be carefully made, various statements shall be filled in truthfully, the shift handover shall be clear and the shift takeover shall be strict, and any problem found shall be reported to relevant personnel for handling, and the handover operation can be carried out according to the procedures only after it is ensured to be correct

5. The stoker shall strengthen the maintenance of boiler equipment, inject oil on time, maintain good lubrication and cleanliness, and regularly clean the work site to keep it clean and tidy and the passage unblocked. When the equipment is running, it is forbidden to wipe and clean it. When checking the equipment, it is necessary to cut off the power supply and hang warning signs. All kinds of equipment not operated and managed by the operator shall not be started at will, 1 If the instrument is not properly placed during jaw clamping, other personnel shall not adjust it at will except the special personnel

The operation shall be slow when washing the water level gauge. Do not face the water level gauge directly. 7. The stoker shall regularly check the automatic and manual steam exhaust of the safety valve to ensure the sensitivity and reliability of the safety valve

8. Regular blowdown should be carried out at low load, at least once per shift, and the number of blowdown should be appropriately increased according to the boiler water test. It is necessary to arrange frequently, less and evenly

9. During the operation of the boiler, it is strictly prohibited to put things on the boiler body, valves, manholes and pipes. The stoker must always observe all parts of the boiler. In case of water and gas leakage, the boiler shall be shut down immediately for maintenance

10. The water quality of boiler feed water shall be treated. The hardness of feed water shall not be greater than 0.6 mmol/L, the pH value shall be greater than or equal to 7, and the oxygen content shall be less than 0.1 mg/L. the damage of water treatment equipment shall be repaired in time, and untreated raw water shall not be allowed to enter the boiler

11. Special attention shall be paid to the inspection of equipment operating with faults, and accident prediction and prevention shall be done well. Check the equipment to: ① listen: check whether the operating equipment has abnormal sound; ② Check: whether the pressure parts and boiler body have leakage, whether the equipment appearance is normal, and whether the accessories are complete and effective; ③ Touch: whether the equipment temperature is abnormal and whether the vibration amplitude exceeds the standard; ④ Smell: whether the operating equipment and electrical equipment have peculiar smell

12. In case of any of the following conditions, the boiler operator shall immediately stop the operation of the boiler and notify relevant personnel to deal with it in time: ① boiler water vaporization due to poor circulation, or the difference between the rise of the hot water temperature at the boiler outlet and the corresponding saturation temperature under the outlet pressure is less than 20 ℃; ② When the temperature of boiler water rises sharply out of control; ③ When all circulating pumps or make-up pumps fail; ④ Pressure gauge, water level gauge, safety valve and blowdown valve all fail; ⑤ When the pressure bearing components of the boiler are damaged, endangering the operation safety; ⑥ When the fuel equipment is damaged, the furnace wall collapses or the boiler frame is burned red, which seriously threatens the boiler operation safety, the water make-up pump continues to make up water, and the boiler pressure continues to drop; ⑦ Other abnormal conditions endanger the safety of boiler operation

13. In case of power failure of boiler, the following operations shall be carried out: ① after power failure of boiler room, if there is standby power supply or diesel generator, it shall be started quickly to ensure that the water circulation in the system is not interrupted; ② In case of short-term power failure of the boiler, the boiler door and bypass flue shall be opened for fire suppression, and the temperature change of boiler water shall be closely observed to prevent vaporization; ③ In case of long-term power failure of the boiler, the furnace door and bypass flue shall be opened to remove the fuel in the furnace chamber and reduce the boiler water temperature
